Shrimps Ldn Limited operates the educational project Aurora Seminars. We organize educational meetings for people who, between the ages of 30 and 45, feel that their current profession no longer brings meaning but are afraid to start over.

We do not promise "a new life in a month," and we do not sell retraining programs. Instead, we help participants calmly understand their motivations and fears and explore how professional transitions can happen without drama and overwhelming stress.

Each webinar is a space where people can openly say: "I'm tired of my job, but I'm afraid to change it," and learn that this is a normal and manageable process.

Our approach is based on research, real psychological mechanisms, and practical exercises — without pressure, without "you must take risks," and without selling programs.
